Referral Bonus Details

1. Eligibility: All full-time Atlantic Union Bankshares employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Referrals must be external candidates who are not already part of the applicant pool for the position.

2. Bonus Amounts:

   • Technology Roles: Employees who refer candidates for tech-related positions (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers) can earn a referral bonus ranging from $5,000 to $10,000. The exact amount is determined by the level of the position and the criticality of the role.
   • Product Roles: For roles focusing on product development and management, referral bonuses typically range from $4,000 to $8,000.
   • Other Roles: Referrals for positions outside of tech and product may result in bonuses from $1,000 to $5,000, depending on the department and role level.
