Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $3,000
• Product Managers: $2,500
• Data Scientists: $3,000
• UI/UX Designers: $2,000
• DevOps Engineers: $3,000

Other Roles

• Sales Representatives: $1,500
• HR Specialists: $1,000
• Marketing Coordinators: $1,500
• Customer Support Agents: $1,000

Bonus Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate reaches their 6-month employment anniversary.

Eligibility Criteria

• All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• The referred candidate must be a new applicant and not have applied to any position at Astec Industries within the last 12 months.
• The referring employee must be actively employed by Astec Industries at the time of the bonus payouts.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submit the candidate's resume and details through the internal referral portal.
2. Ensure the candidate mentions the referring employee's name during the application process.
3. Track the status of your referral through the portal to stay updated on their hiring progress.

Additional Notes

• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
• Employees in HR, recruitment, or hiring decision-making roles are not eligible for referral bonuses.
• Referral bonuses
