Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Criteria: Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and successfully complete their probation period.

• Product Manager

  • Bonus Amount: $4,500
  • Criteria: Candidate should demonstrate a strong background in product development with at least 5 years of experience and must pass the probation period.

• Data Scientist

  • Bonus Amount: $5,500
  • Criteria: Candidate needs at least 4 years of experience in data analysis and machine learning, and must complete their probation period.

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
