Program Overview

Eligibility for Referrals

• Open to all current employees of Assertion Therapeutics.
• Referrals for full-time positions are eligible for bonuses.
• The referred candidate must not be a current or past employee within the last year.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles:

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus: $5,000
   • Criteria: Candidate must successfully complete the probationary period of 90 days to qualify.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus: $4,000
   • Criteria: Successful hire must remain employed for a minimum of 90 days.

3. UX/UI Designer

   • Bonus: $3,500
   • Criteria: Referral bonus is awarded after a successful 90-day employment period.

Other Roles:

1. Data Analyst

   • Bonus: $3,000
   • Criteria: Candidate must pass the 90-day probationary period.

2. Sales Executive

   • Bonus: $2,500
   • Criteria: Successful completion of 3 months of employment.

Payment Process
