We are pleased to offer a Referral Bonus Program to reward employees who refer qualified candidates that lead to successful hires. Below are the details specific to tech and product roles, along with other positions.

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product roles, ASRC Federal offers a competitive referral bonus due to the high demand and specialized skills required in these positions. Here are the details:

• Referral Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000
• Eligible Roles: Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, DevOps Engineers, UX/UI Designers, and similar positions.
• Payment Schedule: The bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred employee's first 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred employee's first 6 months of employment.
• Conditions: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain employed for the duration of the payment schedule. The referrer must be an active employee at the time of bonus disbursement.

Other Roles

For roles outside of the tech and product sectors, the referral bonus structure is as follows:

• Referral Bonus Amount: Up to $2,000
• Eligible Roles: Administrative Support, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and other positions not specified under tech/product.
• Payment Schedule: Similar to tech/product roles, with bonuses paid in two installments:
  • 50% after 90 days.
  • 50% after 6 months.
• Conditions: The same conditions apply regarding employment status and active employment of the referrer.
