The Ashland Referral Bonus Program is designed to attract top talent by encouraging current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the company. This initiative not only helps in building a strong team but also rewards employees for contributing to our recruitment efforts.

Key Highlights

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.

• Referral Bonus Amounts:

  • Tech/Product Roles:
    • Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists: $3,000
    • UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers: $2,500
    • IT Support, Junior Developers: $1,500
  • Non-Tech Roles:
    • Marketing, Sales, and Operations: $1,000
    • Administrative and Support Staff: $500

• Payment Timeline: Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments:

  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid once the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the internal HR portal by filling out the referral form and attaching the candidate's resume.
