Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
Referrals for technology and product positions are particularly valuable due to the specialized skills required. As such, the bonus for successfully hired candidates in these roles is higher. Below is an estimate of the referral bonus structure for these positions:
- Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $3,500
- Data Scientist: $3,500
- UX/UI Designer: $2,500
- DevOps Engineer: $3,000
Other Roles
While tech/product roles are a priority, Asembia also values referrals for other positions. Here are examples of bonuses for non-tech/product roles:

Eligibility and Process

Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.

Submission: Employees can submit referrals through our internal referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and relevant details.

Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% of the bonus is paid once the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
- The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes six months of employment.
