• Tech/Product Roles: Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, etc.
• Other Roles: Marketing Specialists, Sales Executives, HR Professionals, etc.

Referral Bonus Structure

To ensure transparency and fairness, Ascension provides specific bonus amounts based on the type and level of the role. The following estimates outline the potential bonuses:

Tech/Product Roles

• Entry-Level Position: $1,000

  • Example: Junior Software Engineer, Associate Product Manager

• Mid-Level Position: $2,500

  • Example: Software Engineer, Product Manager, Data Analyst

• Senior-Level Position: $5,000
