The ASAPP referral bonus program is an incentive initiative to encourage employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions. Successful referrals can lead to substantial bonuses, reflecting the value we place on our employees' networks.

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• Product Manager: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $4,000

Other Roles

• Sales Manager: $3,000
• Marketing Specialist: $2,500
• Customer Support Representative: $2,000
• HR Specialist: $2,000

Eligibility and Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate, except for those involved in the recruitment process for the referred candidate.

2. Successful Referral: A referral is considered successful if the candidate is hired and remains with the company for at least 90 days.

3. Payment: Referral bonuses are paid in the pay period following the successful completion of the candidate's 90-day tenure.

4. Multiple Referrals: Employees can refer multiple candidates. Each successful referral will qualify for a bonus, subject to the same conditions.

5. Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate should not have applied to ASAPP in the past 12 months or been previously referred.

6. Submission Process: Referrals must be submitted through the company's official referral platform or via the recruitment team directly. Ensure the referral is documented
