Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
For tech and product positions, which are crucial to our innovation and growth, we offer a competitive referral bonus. The structure is as follows:
- Software Engineers (Junior to Mid-Level): $2,000
- Senior Software Engineers: $3,000
- Product Managers: $3,500
- Data Scientists/Analysts: $2,500
- UX/UI Designers: $2,000
Other Roles

Eligibility Criteria
- The referring employee must be actively employed by Artivion at the time the referral bonus is paid out.
- The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
- The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

Payment Schedule
- 50% of the referral bonus is paid out upon the referred candidate’s start date.
