Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product positions, which are crucial to our innovation and growth, we offer a competitive referral bonus. The structure is as follows:

• Software Engineers (Junior to Mid-Level): $2,000
• Senior Software Engineers: $3,000
• Product Managers: $3,500
• Data Scientists/Analysts: $2,500
• UX/UI Designers: $2,000

Other Roles

While tech and product roles are a priority, we also offer bonuses for other key positions:

• Sales and Marketing Roles: $1,500

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be actively employed by Artivion at the time the referral bonus is paid out.
• The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
