Here’s how the program works:

Bonus Structure

Artha Solutions offers a tiered bonus structure based on the role's level and specialization:

Technology/Product Roles

• Junior-Level Positions: $1,500
• Mid-Level Positions: $3,000
• Senior-Level Positions: $5,000
• Specialized Expertise: Up to $7,000 (for roles requiring niche skills or certifications)

Other Roles

• Junior-Level Positions: $1,000
• Mid-Level Positions: $2,000
• Senior-Level Positions: $3,500

Program Details

• Eligibility: All current employees and external partners are eligible to participate.
• Payment Timing: Referral bonuses are paid out after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment.
• Referral Process: Referrals must be submitted through our designated online portal. Ensure you provide the candidate's resume and a brief justification of their fit for the role.
• Maximum Bonus Cap: Referrers can earn up to $10,000 per calendar year through this program.
