Bonus Structure
Artha Solutions offers a tiered bonus structure based on the role's level and specialization:
Technology/Product Roles
- Junior-Level Positions: $1,500
- Mid-Level Positions: $3,000
- Senior-Level Positions: $5,000
- Specialized Expertise: Up to $7,000 (for roles requiring niche skills or certifications)
Other Roles
- Junior-Level Positions: $1,000
- Mid-Level Positions: $2,000

Program Details
- Eligibility: All current employees and external partners are eligible to participate.
- Payment Timing: Referral bonuses are paid out after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment.
- Referral Process: Referrals must be submitted through our designated online portal. Ensure you provide the candidate's resume and a brief justification of their fit for the role.
- Maximum Bonus Cap: Referrers can earn up to $10,000 per calendar year through this program.
