Overview of the Referral Bonus Program

Our referral bonus program is designed to attract top talent by leveraging the existing relationships our employees have within the industry. The program is open to all Arteris employees, and bonuses are awarded for successful referrals that lead to a hire.

Eligibility

• Eligible Referrers: All full-time and part-time employees of Arteris, excluding those in HR or involved in the hiring process for the referred role.
• Eligible Referrals: Candidates must not have applied to Arteris within the past 12 months or be in our recruitment database.

Referral Bonus Amounts

The bonus amounts vary depending on the role, reflecting the strategic importance and market demand for certain skills. Here are the estimated referral bonuses for various positions:

Tech & Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• UI/UX Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Customer Support Lead: $2,500
• HR Generalist: $2,000

Payment Process

The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

1. First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment.
2. Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate has completed 6 months of employment.
