Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles:

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:

  • Bonus: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

• Technical Leads, Engineering Managers:

  • Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

Other Roles:

• Sales, Marketing, HR:
  • Bonus: $1,500
  • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligible Employees: All full-time Arm Computing employees can participate in the referral program, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred role.

2. Submission Process: Referrals must be submitted through the company's internal referral portal before the candidate applies. Include the candidate's resume and a brief description of their fit for the role.

3. Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have applied or been considered for any Arm Computing position within the past 12 months.

4. Bonus Payment: Referral bonuses are subject to taxes and will be paid in the next payroll cycle following the completion of the candidate's first 90 days.

5. Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by multiple employees, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first.
