Eligibility

The referral bonus is applicable for full-time positions across various departments, with a focus on technology and product roles. Other roles within the company may also be eligible for referral bonuses, subject to current hiring needs.

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus amounts are tiered based on the role level and department:

Technology/Product Roles

• Junior Positions (e.g., Junior Developer, QA Tester):
  Bonus: $1,000

• Mid-Level Positions (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager):
  Bonus: $2,500

• Senior Positions (e.g., Senior Developer, Lead Product Designer):
  Bonus: $5,000

• Executive Positions (e.g., CTO, VP of Product):
  Bonus: $10,000

Other Roles

• Non-Tech Junior Positions:
  Bonus: $500

• Non-Tech Mid-Level Positions:

Referral Process

1. Submit Your Referral:
   Complete the referral form on our internal portal, including the candidate's resume and your relationship to the candidate.

2. Candidate Evaluation:
   Our HR team will screen the referred candidate. If the candidate is a good fit, they will proceed through our standard interview process.

3. Successful Placement:
   If your referred candidate is hired and successfully completes 90 days of employment, you will receive the referral bonus in the next payroll cycle.
