Referral Process

Our HR team will screen the referred candidate. If the candidate is a good fit, they will proceed through our standard interview process. -
Successful Placement:
If your referred candidate is hired and successfully completes 90 days of employment, you will receive the referral bonus in the next payroll cycle.
