Ardent Health is committed to attracting top talent to join our team, particularly in our tech and product divisions. To achieve this, we offer a competitive referral bonus program designed to reward employees who refer talented candidates.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles:

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers: Employees who refer candidates for these roles can earn up to $5,000 per successful hire.
• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, QA Analysts: Referrals for these positions are eligible for a bonus of $4,000.

Other Roles:

• Healthcare Professionals (Nurses, Physicians, Therapists): Successful referrals can earn bonuses of $3,500.
• Administrative and Support Staff: For these roles, the referral bonus is $2,000.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be hired and remain employed with Ardent Health for a minimum of 90 days.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at Ardent Health at the time of payout.
• Referrals of candidates who are already in our recruitment process or have been employed with Ardent Health in the past 12 months are not eligible for a referral bonus.

Process

1. Submission: Referrals should be submitted through our internal referral portal with all required candidate details.
2. Tracking: Our HR team will track the referral process and provide updates on the candidate's status.
3. Payout: Bonuses are paid out in the next payroll cycle following the candidate's 90th day of employment.

Estimated Earnings

• Tech/Product Roles:

  • If you refer two Software Engineers within a year, you could earn up to $10,000.
  • Referring five UX/UI Designers could yield a bonus of $20,000.
