Referral Bonus Structure

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $5,000

• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Clinical Research Associate: $3,000
• Regulatory Affairs Specialist: $3,000
• Quality Assurance Analyst: $3,000

Eligibility & Process

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Arcutis Biotherapeutics are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referral Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the internal referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and relevant details.
• Payment Process: The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
  1. First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 30 days of employment.
  2. Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 6 months of employment.
