Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager:
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Research and Development, Quality Assurance, Operations:
  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • $1,000 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining $1,000 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Eligibility and Process

1. Eligibility:

   • All full-time employees at Arcturus Therapeutics are eligible to participate.
   • The program applies to all open positions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Process:

   • Employees must submit referrals through the official company referral portal.
   • The referred candidate must mention the referring employee's name in their application.
   • The referral bonus is applicable only for candidates who are not currently in our recruitment pipeline.

3. Conditions:

   • The referred candidate must meet the qualifications and pass the interview process for the relevant role.
   • The referred candidate must not have applied to Arcturus Therapeutics in the past 12 months.
