Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product roles, which are critical to maintaining our competitive edge and driving innovation, we offer a generous referral bonus. The bonus is structured as follows:

• Junior Level (e.g., Software Developer, Product Analyst):

  • Bonus: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete 90 days of employment.

• Mid-Level (e.g., Senior Developer, Product Manager):

  • Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete 90 days of employment.

• Senior Level (e.g., Lead Engineer, Senior Product Manager):

  • Bonus: $7,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete 90 days of employment.
