Our referral program includes a structured bonus scheme that rewards current employees for successful hires through their referrals. The bonuses vary by role, with a focus on tech and product positions due to their critical impact on our innovation and development efforts.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $4,000
• UI/UX Designers: $3,500
• Systems Engineers: $3,500

Other Key Roles

• Marketing Managers: $3,000
• Sales Executives: $2,500
• HR Specialists: $2,000
• Finance Analysts: $2,000

Eligibility and Process

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of Archer Aviation are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contractors and temporary staff are not eligible for referral bonuses.

2. Referral Submission: Employees must submit the referral through our internal HR portal, ensuring they include the candidate's resume and a brief note on why the candidate is a good fit.

3. Hiring Process: The referred candidate must successfully complete the interview process and be offered a position at Archer Aviation.

4. Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

   • 50% after the referred employee has completed their first 90 days.
   • 50% after the referred employee has completed six months with the company.
