The Referral Bonus Program aims to encourage employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within Arch Resources. Bonuses are awarded when referred candidates are successfully hired and meet specific criteria.

Eligibility for Referral Bonuses

• Eligible Roles:
  • Tech Roles: Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, DevOps Engineers, etc.
  • Product Roles: Product Designers, UX Researchers, Product Analysts, etc.
  • Other Roles: Marketing Specialists, Sales Executives, HR Managers, etc.
• Referral Conditions:
  • The referred candidate must not already be in our recruitment database.
  • Candidates must be hired for a full-time position.
  • The employee referring the candidate must be actively employed at Arch Resources at the time the bonus is paid out.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus amounts vary depending on the role's criticality and level of expertise required. Below are the estimated bonus amounts for various positions:

• Tech & Product Roles:

  • Entry-Level Positions: $1,500
  • Mid-Level Positions: $3,000
  • Senior-Level Positions: $5,000
  • Executive-Level Positions: $10,000

• Other Roles:

  • Mid-Level Positions: $2,000
  • Senior-Level Positions: $4,000
