Arcellx Referral Bonus Program

Arcellx is committed to attracting top-tier talent to help drive innovation and success across our teams. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer skilled candidates to join our dynamic workforce, with a particular focus on technology and product roles. Here are the details of our referral bonus program:

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers: Employees who refer candidates successfully hired into these roles will receive a referral bonus of $5,000.
• Senior Engineers, Lead Product Managers, Technical Architects: Successful referrals for senior-level tech/product roles will earn a referral bonus of $7,500.
• Directors, VP of Engineering/Product: Referrals for director-level and above positions receive a bonus of $10,000.

Other Roles

• General Business Roles (e.g., Marketing, HR, Sales): A successful referral in these areas will earn employees a bonus of $3,000.
• Managerial Roles: Referrals for managerial positions outside of tech/product roles receive a bonus of $4,500.

Bonus Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  1. 50% is paid after the new employee completes their first 90 days.
  2. The remaining 50% is paid after the new employee completes their first 6 months.
• Employees must be actively employed at Arcellx at the time the bonus installment is due to receive payment.

Eligibility

• All full-time Arcellx employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred candidates must be new to Arcellx (not previously employed or interviewed within the last 12 months).
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral process to be eligible for a bonus.
