Referral Bonus Details
Eligibility
- Referrer Eligibility: All full-time employees of Arcadium Lithium are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those in HR or recruitment roles.
- Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must apply for full-time roles and not be current or previous employees of Arcadium Lithium within the last 12 months.
Bonus Structure
- Technical/Product Roles: We offer a referral bonus of $5,000 for successful hires in technical or product roles. These positions include software engineers, product managers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and other related roles.
- Non-Technical Roles: For non-technical positions, the referral bonus is set at $2,500. These roles encompass administrative, marketing, sales, and finance positions, among others.
Payment Process
- The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
- First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes three months of employment.
- Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
Additional Considerations
- Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the referral bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral was received first.
- Submission Process: Referrals should be submitted through our internal employee portal, where you can track the status of your referrals.
