Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: For successful hires in software engineering roles, the referral bonus is $5,000.
• Product Managers: Referring a candidate who is hired as a product manager earns the referring employee $4,500.
• Data Scientists: Successfully referring a data scientist comes with a $4,000 bonus.

Other Roles

• Sales and Marketing: Referrals for sales and marketing roles will net a $3,500 bonus.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current employees of Aquestive Therapeutics are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those involved in the recruitment process, such as HR personnel.

3. Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
