This program is designed to incentivize our team to help bring in skilled professionals, particularly for tech and product roles, but it also applies to other positions within the company. Here's a detailed overview of the referral bonus structure:

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% paid after the referred candidate completes three months of employment; the remaining 50% paid after six months.

• UX/UI Designers, Quality Assurance Engineers

  • Referral Bonus: $3,500
  • Payment Schedule: 50% paid after the referred candidate completes three months of employment; the remaining 50% paid after six months.

Other Roles

• Operations, Marketing, Sales Positions

  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% paid after the referred candidate completes three months of employment; the remaining 50% paid after six months.

• Administrative and Support Roles

  • Referral Bonus: $1,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% paid after the referred candidate completes three months of employment; the remaining 50% paid after six months.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referee must be a current AquaBounty employee at the time of the referral and when the bonus is paid out.
• The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete the specified employment duration.
• The referral must be submitted through the official referral process to qualify for the bonus.

How to Submit a Referral
