Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who refer candidates that successfully join our team. Eligible Roles for Referral Bonuses
The referral bonus program primarily focuses on tech and product roles, but it also extends to other critical positions within the company. Here are the categories and examples of roles that qualify:
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $3,500
- Data Scientist: $3,000
- UX/UI Designer: $2,500
- DevOps Engineer: $3,000
Other Critical Roles
- Sales Executive: $2,000
- Supply Chain Manager: $1,500
- Quality Assurance Specialist: $1,500
Program Details
- Eligibility: All full-time employees of AptarGroup are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- Referral Process: Employees must submit the candidate's details through the official referral portal or via HR. Ensure that the candidate mentions your name during the application process.
- Bonus Payment: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
- 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.
- Maximum Number of Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make. However, each referral must result in a successful hire to qualify for the bonus.
- Exclusions: The program does not apply to positions filled by internal candidates. Temporary or contract positions are also excluded from the referral bonus program.
