Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who help us find and hire outstanding candidates, particularly in tech and product roles. Below, we provide a detailed overview of the referral bonus structure and estimated payouts.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Customer Support Representative: $2,500
• HR Specialist: $2,500

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be an active full-time or part-time employee at Apryse at the time of referral and when the bonus is paid.
• Referred candidates must not have applied to Apryse within the last 12 months.
• The referred candidate must successfully complete a probationary period of 90 days for the referrer to be eligible for the bonus.
• The referral must be submitted through the designated referral portal or emailed directly to HR before the candidate applies for the position.

Payment Timeline

• The referral bonus will be paid in the first payroll cycle following the candidate's completion of 90 days of employment.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

Important Notes

• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
• In cases where multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral was received first.
• Apryse reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral bonus program at any time.
