Aprio Referral Bonus Program

Aprio values the recommendations of our employees and believes in rewarding them for referrals that lead to successful hires. Our referral bonus program is designed to encourage employees to refer talented individuals for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles, although it extends to other departments as well.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete 90 days of employment.
• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers:
  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Eligibility Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete 90 days of employment.

Other Roles

• Marketing, Sales, HR:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete 90 days of employment.

• Administrative, Customer Support:

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Eligibility Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete 90 days of employment.

Program Details

• Who Can Refer: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the Aprio Employee Portal. Ensure the referral form includes the candidate’s resume and a brief recommendation.
• Tracking: Employees can track the status of their referral through the Employee Portal.
• Payment Process: Bonuses are paid out in the paycheck following the completion of the new hire's 90-day employment milestone.

Additional Information

• Limitations: Employees involved in the hiring process for a position (e.g., hiring managers, recruiters) are not eligible for referral bonuses for that position.
• Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral form was submitted
