Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is structured to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions. The bonus amount varies depending on the role category:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers
  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • Payment Structure:
    • $1,000 upon the new hire's completion of 3 months.
    • $1,500 upon the new hire's completion of 12 months.

Other Roles

• Administrative, Sales, Marketing
  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Payment Structure:
    • $500 upon the new hire's completion of 3 months.
    • $1,000 upon the new hire's completion of 12 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• Who Can Refer: All current employees of Applied DNA Sciences are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Who Can Be Referred: Candidates must not have applied for any position at Applied DNA Sciences within the last 12 months.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit their referral through the official company referral portal, including the candidate's resume and a brief introduction.

Terms and Conditions

• The referral bonus is applicable only if the referred candidate is hired for a full-time position.
• Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must be employed by Applied DNA Sciences at the time of bonus payment.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
• Applied DNA Sciences reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
