How It Works

1. Referral Submission: Submit a candidate's information through our referral portal.
2. Evaluation: Our recruitment team will review the referral against our open positions.
3. Interview Process: If the candidate is a fit, they will proceed through our standard interview process.
4. Hiring Decision: If the candidate is hired, you become eligible for a referral bonus.
5. Bonus Payout: The referral bonus is paid out after the new hire completes their probationary period, typically 90 days.

Bonus Structure

Our referral bonuses are categorized based on the role type and level:

Tech/Product Roles

• Junior Developer/Product Specialist:
  • Bonus: $1,000
  • Estimate: Assuming 5 successful referrals annually, you could earn $5,000.
• Mid-Level Developer/Product Manager:
  • Bonus: $2,000
  • Estimate: With 3 successful referrals in a year, potential earnings could be $6,000.
• Senior Developer/Lead Product Manager:
  • Bonus: $3,000
  • Estimate: By referring 2 hires annually, you could receive $6,000.

Other Roles
