Eligibility and Payment Details

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Apogee Therapeutics are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except those involved in the recruitment and hiring process of the specific role.

• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the company's official referral portal and ensure the candidate mentions the employee's name when applying.

• Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment. The bonus will be included in the referring employee's next payroll cycle following the 90-day period.

Terms and Conditions

• The referral must be for a full-time position.
• The referred candidate must not have been in contact with Apogee Therapeutics for the past 12 months.
• The employee making the referral must be actively employed at the time of the bonus payout.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
