Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible Referrers: All full-time employees of Apogee Enterprises except those involved in the hiring decision for the referred candidate.
- Eligible Referrals: Candidates must be external applicants who are not currently employed by Apogee Enterprises or have not been employed by the company in the past 12 months.
- Successful Hire: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a probationary period of 90 days.
Payment Process
- The referral bonus will be paid out in the pay period following the completion of the referred candidate's probationary period.
- All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.
