This program is applicable across various roles, with a special focus on tech and product positions.

Referral Bonus Details

Bonus Structure

• Tech/Product Roles:

  • Software Engineers: $3,000
  • Product Managers: $3,500
  • Data Scientists: $3,000
  • UX/UI Designers: $2,500

• Other Roles:

  • Sales Executives: $2,000
  • Marketing Specialists: $1,500
  • HR Professionals: $1,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Eligible Referrers: All full-time employees of Apogee Enterprises except those involved in the hiring decision for the referred candidate.
2. Eligible Referrals: Candidates must be external applicants who are not currently employed by Apogee Enterprises or have not been employed by the company in the past 12 months.
3. Successful Hire: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a probationary period of 90 days.

Payment Process

• The referral bonus will be paid out in the pay period following the completion of the referred candidate's probationary period.
• All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the company's internal portal. Include the candidate's resume and a brief note on why they would be a good fit.
