API Group Referral Bonus Program

The API Group values the power of personal networks and recognizes the impact of employee referrals in building a talented team. Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired into tech/product roles, as well as other key positions within the company. Below, we detail the bonus structure, eligibility, and process for submitting referrals.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (All Levels): $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $4,500
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $4,000

Other Key Roles

• Sales Executives: $3,500
• Marketing Specialists: $3,000
• Customer Support Representatives: $2,000
• HR Specialists: $2,500

Eligibility

• Eligible Employees: All full-time employees of API Group are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those in HR, recruiting, or hiring decision-making roles for the referred position.
• Eligible Candidates: Referred candidates must not have applied to API Group in the past 12 months or be currently under consideration for any position.
• Referral Bonus Payment: Bonuses are paid out in two installments: 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment and the remaining 50% after six months.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the internal Referral Portal, including the candidate's resume and a brief description of their qualifications.
2. Acknowledgment: Once a referral is submitted, the employee will receive an acknowledgment email with a unique tracking ID.
3. Interview Process: The Talent Acquisition team will review the referral and coordinate interviews if the candidate meets the role requirements.
4. Hiring Decision: If the candidate is hired, the referring employee will be notified of the bonus
