Aon Hewitt values the power of personal networks and the impact they can have on finding the right talent for our team. The Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who help us identify and hire top talent for tech, product, and other roles within the company.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• All Aon Hewitt employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate.
• The referred candidate must be a new applicant and not someone already in the Aon Hewitt database or a candidate who has applied in the past 12 months.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers & Developers: $3,000
• Product Managers: $3,500
• Data Scientists & Analysts: $3,000
• UX/UI Designers: $2,500
• QA Engineers: $2,000

Other Roles

• Sales & Marketing Professionals: $2,000
• HR & Administrative Roles: $1,500
• Finance & Accounting: $2,000
• Consultants: $2,500

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% upon the new hire's successful completion of three months with the company.
  • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes their probationary period (typically six months).

Process

1. Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the official Aon Hewitt employee portal, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
2. Acknowledgment: Upon submission, employees will receive an acknowledgment email confirming the referral.
3. Review: The recruitment team will evaluate the referral and update the referring employee on the candidate's status.
