Referral Bonus Details
Eligibility
- All Aon Hewitt employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate.
- The referred candidate must be a new applicant and not someone already in the Aon Hewitt database or a candidate who has applied in the past 12 months.
Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineers & Developers: $3,000
- Product Managers: $3,500
- Data Scientists & Analysts: $3,000
- UX/UI Designers: $2,500
- QA Engineers: $2,000
Other Roles
- Sales & Marketing Professionals: $2,000
- HR & Administrative Roles: $1,500
- Finance & Accounting: $2,000
- Consultants: $2,500
Payment Terms
- The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% upon the new hire's successful completion of three months with the company.
- Remaining 50% after the new hire completes their probationary period (typically six months).
Process
- Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the official Aon Hewitt employee portal, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
- Acknowledgment: Upon submission, employees will receive an acknowledgment email confirming the referral.
- Review: The recruitment team will evaluate the referral and update the referring employee on the candidate's status.
