Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineers (Frontend/Backend/Full Stack)

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payout Structure:
     • 50% ($2,500) after the new hire completes 3 months.
     • Remaining 50% ($2,500) after the new hire completes 6 months.

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Payout Structure:
     • 50% ($2,000) after the new hire completes 3 months.
     • Remaining 50% ($2,000) after the new hire completes 6 months.

3. UX/UI Designers

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Payout Structure:
     • 50% ($1,750) after the new hire completes 3 months.
     • Remaining 50% ($1,750) after the new hire completes 6 months.
