• Senior Software Engineers, Lead Product Managers: $5,000 - $7,000

These bonuses are typically disbursed in two installments:

1. First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid once the referred candidate has been employed for 90 days.
2. Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes one year with the company.
