Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees for helping us bring in top talent, particularly in tech and product roles, but also in other areas.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Developers, Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers: Employees who refer candidates hired into these roles can earn a referral bonus ranging from $3,000 to $5,000.
• Specialized Engineering Roles (e.g., Simulation Engineers, Data Scientists): Due to the niche skills required, referrals resulting in hires for these positions can yield a bonus of $4,000 to $6,000.

Other Roles

• General Roles (e.g., Marketing, Sales, HR): For roles outside tech/product, the referral bonus typically ranges from $1,000 to $2,000.
• Senior Management/Executive Positions: Referrals that lead to hiring at the senior management level can result in bonuses up to $10,000, reflecting the strategic impact of these positions.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. The referral bonus is not applicable if the candidate is already in ANSYS's database or has applied independently within the last 12 months.

2. Payment Process: The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:

   • 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
   • The remaining 50% after six months of employment.

3. Submission Process: Referrals must be submitted through the official ANSYS employee portal, including the candidate's resume and a brief endorsement.
