Overview of the Referral Bonus Program

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, with the exception of those involved in the hiring process for the referred position (e.g., hiring managers and HR personnel).

• Positions Covered: The referral bonus is applicable to a variety of roles, with a focus on tech and product positions such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and other related roles. Bonuses may also be available for other critical positions across the company.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer:

  • Bonus: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule: Paid in two installments - 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.

• Product Manager:

  • Bonus: $3,500
  • Payment Schedule: Paid in two installments - 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.

• Data Scientist:

  • Bonus: $3,500
  • Payment Schedule: Paid in two installments - 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Non-Tech/Product Roles:
  • Bonus: Ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 depending on the position level and department.
  • Payment Schedule: Typically paid in two installments - 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of
