Referral Bonus Details

Bonus Amounts

The referral bonus varies based on the type of role being filled. Below are the estimated bonus amounts for different categories:

• Technical/Product Roles:

  • Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists: $3,000
  • Senior Software Engineers, Lead Product Managers: $5,000
  • Principal Engineers, Head of Product: $7,000

• Non-Technical Roles:

  • Marketing, Sales, HR: $1,500
  • Finance, Operations, Customer Support: $2,000
  • Senior Leadership Roles: $4,000

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrer Eligibility: Only current employees of Annexon are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have applied to Annexon within the past 12 months.
• Successful Hire: The referred candidate must successfully pass the interview process and be hired for the position.

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first six months of employment.
