Bonus Amounts
The referral bonus varies based on the type of role being filled. Below are the estimated bonus amounts for different categories:

- Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists: $3,000
- Senior Software Engineers, Lead Product Managers: $5,000
- Principal Engineers, Head of Product: $7,000

Eligibility Criteria
- Referrer Eligibility: Only current employees of Annexon are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.

Payment Terms
