Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For referrals in tech/product roles, we offer a competitive bonus structure to appreciate the specialized skills required in these positions:

• Senior Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $4,000
• UX/UI Designer: $3,500

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech/product roles, we also encourage referrals for other positions within the company:

Eligibility and Process

Eligibility

• All current full-time employees of Amprius Technologies are eligible to participate in the Referral Bonus Program.
• Referrals must be external candidates who are not currently employed by Amprius Technologies.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of payment to receive the bonus.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Submit the candidate's resume and details via the company's internal referral portal.
2. Interview: The referred candidate must successfully pass through the interview process.
3. Hiring: If the candidate is hired and completes 90 days of employment, the referral bonus will be processed.
4. Payment: The bonus will be paid in the pay period following the candidate's 90th day of employment.
