Referral Bonus Structure
Tech and Product Roles
- Software Engineers (all levels), Data Scientists, Product Managers:
- Bonus Amount: $5,000
- Eligibility: Full-time positions
- Payout Schedule: $2,500 upon the new hire’s start date and $2,500 after 90 days of employment.
Other Roles
- Designers, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Operations:
- Bonus Amount: $3,000
- Eligibility: Full-time positions
- Payout Schedule: $1,500 upon the new hire’s start date and $1,500 after 90 days of employment.
Program Guidelines
- Who Can Refer: All current employees, excluding hiring managers for their own teams.
- Eligible Candidates: Referrals must be external candidates who are not already part of Amplitude’s talent pool or in the interview process.
- Submission Process: Employees must submit referrals through the official referral portal or via email to the HR department with the candidate’s resume and relevant details.
- Candidate Evaluation: All referred candidates will undergo Amplitude's standard recruitment process. Referral bonuses are contingent upon successful hiring and completion of the new hire’s initial 90 days.
- Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer based on the timestamp of the referral submission.
