• Product Managers: $2,500
• Data Scientists: $3,000
• UX/UI Designers: $2,500
• Quality Assurance Engineers: $2,000

Other Roles

Amkor also offers referral bonuses for non-tech roles, acknowledging the diverse talent required across the company.

Eligibility and Payout

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contractors and temporary employees are not eligible.
