Amerisafe Referral Bonus Program

Amerisafe values the power of networking and recognizes that employees are often the best source for finding new talent. Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees for referring candidates who are successfully hired into our organization. Below are the details of our referral bonus program, with a focus on tech and product roles, along with other eligible positions.

Tech / Product Roles

Amerisafe highly prioritizes the recruitment of skilled professionals in our tech and product departments. The following are the referral bonuses for these roles:

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,000
• Data Analyst: $2,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Eligible Positions

While we emphasize tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other critical positions across the organization:

• Underwriter: $2,000
• Claims Adjuster: $1,500
• Customer Service Representative: $1,000
• Sales Associate: $1,500

Program Guidelines

• Eligibility: All full-time Amerisafe employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official company referral portal, including the candidate's resume and a brief description of your relationship with the candidate.
• Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment, and the second half is paid after 180 days.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must be external applicants who are not actively in the hiring process for any position at Amerisafe.
• Limitations: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make; however, bonuses are only paid for candidates hired into
