• Eligibility: The referral bonus is available to all current AAT employees, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
• Applicable Roles: The program is applicable to a wide range of positions, with a focus on tech and product roles. Other eligible roles may include finance, operations, and administrative positions.
• Bonus Amounts: The bonus amount varies by role level and department. Below are estimated bonus figures for tech and product roles:
  • Entry-Level Tech/Product Roles: $1,000
  • Mid-Level Tech/Product Roles: $2,500
  • Senior-Level Tech/Product Roles: $5,000
• Other Departments: Referral bonuses for non-tech roles typically range from $500 to $3,000, depending on the position and level.

Program Details

• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the company's official referral platform, providing details about the candidate and the position of interest.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have applied to AAT in the past 12 months or been previously employed by the company.
• Bonus Payout Conditions: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of successful employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes one full year of service.
