Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers: Employees who refer a candidate for these roles can earn a referral bonus of $2,500. This amount is typically disbursed in two installments:
  • $1,250 after the referred candidate completes their first 30 days of employment.
  • $1,250 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Sales Representatives, Customer Service, Administrative Positions: For these roles, the referral bonus may vary:
  • $1,000 total bonus:
    • $500 after 30 days of employment.
    • $500 after 6 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility:

   • Must be a current employee of America's Car-Mart.
   • The referral must be submitted through the official referral process before the candidate applies.

2. Candidate Eligibility:

   • Must meet the qualifications and requirements of the job for which they are being referred.
   • Must successfully pass the interview process and be hired for a full-time position.

3. Exclusions:

   • Referrals of existing employees or candidates who have applied within the last 6 months are not eligible for a bonus.
   • Only one referral bonus is paid per candidate; if multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer.
