Program Overview
Our referral bonus program is open to all Amenitiz employees and applies to successful referrals for open positions across the company, with a particular focus on tech and product roles.
Referral Bonus Details
Tech/Product Roles
- Bonus Amount: €3,000
- Eligibility:
- The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time tech or product role.
- The candidate must successfully complete a probation period of 6 months.
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% of the bonus (€1,500) is paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
- The remaining 50% (€1,500) is paid after the successful completion of the 6-month probation period.
Other Roles
- Bonus Amount: €1,500
- Eligibility:
- The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position in any non-tech/product role.
- The candidate must successfully complete a probation period of 6 months.
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% of the bonus (€750) is paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
- The remaining 50% (€750) is paid after the successful completion of the 6-month probation period.
Additional Information
- Multiple Referrals: Employees can refer multiple candidates. Each successful referral that results in a hire will be eligible for the bonus.
