Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
- Referral Bonus: $3,000
- Payout Schedule:
- $1,500 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment
- $1,500 after the new hire completes 6 months of employment
Other Roles

Clinical Roles (Nurses, Therapists):
- Referral Bonus: $2,000
- Payout Schedule:
- $1,000 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment
- $1,000 after the new hire completes 6 months of employment

- Referral Bonus: $1,000
- Payout Schedule:
- $500 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment

Eligibility
- All full-time Amedisys employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- The referred candidate must be a new applicant who is not already in the Amedisys recruitment database.
- The referring employee must be actively employed at Amedisys at the time of each bonus payout.
Process
- Submit Referral: Employees should submit referrals through the Amedisys Employee Portal, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
- Follow-Up: HR will contact the referred candidate and proceed with the recruitment process.
