Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

  • Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
    • Referral Bonus: $3,000
    • Payout Schedule:
      • $1,500 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment
      • $1,500 after the new hire completes 6 months of employment

Other Roles

  • Clinical Roles (Nurses, Therapists):

    • Referral Bonus: $2,000
    • Payout Schedule:
      • $1,000 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment
      • $1,000 after the new hire completes 6 months of employment
  • Administrative and Support Roles:

    • Referral Bonus: $1,000
    • Payout Schedule:
      • $500 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment
      • $500 after the new hire completes 6 months of employment

Eligibility

  • All full-time Amedisys employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
  • The referred candidate must be a new applicant who is not already in the Amedisys recruitment database.
  • The referring employee must be actively employed at Amedisys at the time of each bonus payout.

Process

  1. Submit Referral: Employees should submit referrals through the Amedisys Employee Portal, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
  2. Follow-Up: HR will contact the referred candidate and proceed with the recruitment process.
