How the Referral Program Works

1. Eligibility: All current employees of Amcon Distributing Company are eligible to participate in the referral program. Employees must be in good standing with the company.

2. Process:

   • Submit the candidate's resume and relevant details through the internal referral portal.
   • Ensure the candidate acknowledges the referral during the application process.
   • The referred candidate must successfully complete the probation period for the referring employee to be eligible for the bonus.

3. Referral Bonus for Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineer: $3,000
   • Product Manager: $3,500
   • Data Analyst: $2,500
   • UX/UI Designer: $2,800
   • DevOps Engineer: $3,200

4. Referral Bonus for Other Roles:

   • Sales Executive: $2,000

5. Payment Structure:

   • 50% of the referral bonus is paid after the referred employee completes three months with the company.
