To incentivize and reward these efforts, AMBAC offers a Referral Bonus Program. Below are the details of the program, focusing on tech and product roles, with an overview of other roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • $2,500 after the referred employee completes 3 months.
    • $2,500 after the referred employee completes 12 months.

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • $2,000 after the referred employee completes 3 months.
    • $2,000 after the referred employee completes 12 months.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, HR

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • $1,500 after the referred employee completes 3 months.
    • $1,500 after the referred employee completes 12 months.

• Administrative, Customer Support

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payout Structure:
    • $750 after the referred employee completes 3 months.
    • $750 after the referred employee completes 12 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be an active employee at the time of both payout milestones.
• The referred candidate must successfully complete the hiring process and all onboarding procedures.
• The referred candidate must not have been previously employed by AMBAC or referred by another employee.
• Bonuses are subject to taxation as per local laws.
