Referral Bonus for Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $5,000
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $5,000
• QA Engineers: $4,000

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a probationary period of 3 months.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at Alter Domus at the time of payout.
• Referrals should be submitted through the company’s official referral portal.

Process

1. Submission: Employees can submit referrals via the internal referral portal.
