Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who refer qualified candidates that lead to successful hires. Eligibility

• All current Alten Group employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred candidates must not have applied to Alten Group within the past 12 months.
• The referral must be submitted through the official referral process and documented in our HR system.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer / Developer

   • Referral Bonus: $3,000
   • Payment Terms: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months and 50% after 6 months.

2. Data Scientist / Analyst

   • Referral Bonus: $4,000
   • Payment Terms: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months and 50% after 6 months.

3. Product Manager

   • Referral Bonus: $3,500
   • Payment Terms: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months and 50% after 6 months.

4. UX/UI Designer

   • Referral Bonus: $2,500
   • Payment Terms: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months and 50% after 6 months.
